Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage cancellation and payment methods through Stripe's secure customer portal. Export ownership is separate and requires three paid months plus three elapsed months.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes. We can scope a custom plan for larger sites, ecommerce, or unusual workflows.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain should stay under your ownership even if we help connect or manage it.
Can I export the website if I leave?
After three fully paid billable months and three elapsed calendar months, you may request one export of the front-end HTML and design by emailing hello@markmill.ca. The backend, dashboard, hosting setup, databases, server-side code, and internal tools are not included.
How fast can my site go live?
Starter sites usually launch in 5 to 7 business days once content is ready.
What counts as a small edit?
Small edits include updates like text, hours, photos, menu items, prices, links, and simple page changes.
